It’s local, it’s easy , quick and walking distance to our daily In and Out from home to school.
We are launching a Fitness Class on Friday AM just after school drop off.
First class is starting Friday 9th of May with our beloved Coach Morgane who is our Gym Coach but also our Personal Trainer .
Here is what to expect:
In 1 hour only , reach your full potential with high energy and vitality with a bit of challenge and fun.
This is all you need to achieve your day the best way you can.
We will focus on functional fitness exercises which we train our muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by stimulating common movement we might do at home, at work or in sports… Pull/ push/ lift /Squat/ Rotate/ Reach and many more…
While using various muscles, in the upper and lower body at the same time, we emphasize core, balance, mobility and strength.
