Adult Outdoor Mix & Fit in the Northern Beaches
Every week we gather around the Northern Beaches in order to have some fitness, cardio and fun at the same time with a touch of adventure.
- Experience a new fitness activity every week.
- Emilie brings her experience and enthusiasm with a brand new concept. Whether you want to lose some weight or get fit, each week you will experience a new sport. It could be bush-walking, stand-up paddle, tennis, run or snorkeling…
- Warm terms are more water oriented/Cold terms are more trail and bush adventures.
- No previous experience or ability needed but serious motivation with a big smile is compulsory!
